Coming from rowing and running, Sophie found Pilates to be the perfect mix of mindful movement and community. Her classes focus on holistic movement, combining energy and encouragement to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and in control. Currently studying exercise science with a goal to become a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Sophie brings both knowledge and genuine care to every session.
When she’s not teaching, Sophie is out hiking new trails, catching up with friends on long walks, diving into podcasts, cooking up something new, or enjoying a well-earned iced coffee.
