Mums & Bubs - 6 Week Reformer Block
A calm, supportive space for mums to move again — gently, thoughtfully, and with their little one beside them.
Led by Sam, a certified pre- and postnatal Pilates instructor (and mum herself), this block brings the boutique, hands-on experience On Form is known for — small, personal, and beginner-friendly.
Each class offers guided reformer movement to help you reconnect with your body, gently rebuild strength, and create a bit of mental space each week. You can move at your own pace, feed or pause when needed, and simply show up as you are.
What to bring: A baby capsule or mat for your little one, and a baby mat or blanket for underlay.
Please note: There is no space for prams in the studio, and medical or physio clearance is recommended before joining.
